Chinese developer S-GAME released its AAA wuxia action game Phantom Blade Zero on October 29 for PlayStation 5 and PC. The standard PC edition is priced at RMB 268 in China, while the deluxe edition costs RMB 328.
Built with Unreal Engine 5, the game combines Chinese martial arts with dark fantasy and a visual style the studio calls “kungfupunk.” Players take the role of Soul, an assassin framed for the murder of his organization’s leader, who has 66 days to uncover the conspiracy.
Combat centers on fast swordplay, martial arts combinations, and switching between weapons. The game is available through Steam, the Epic Games Store, WeGame, and TapTap’s PC platform, alongside its PlayStation release. [3DM, in Chinese]
